Our Story Why We Started Medicza
Medicza Talent Mobility Platform UG was created with a clear purpose. It was built to solve a real gap in international healthcare hiring between India and Germany.
While Germany continues to face a shortage of qualified healthcare professionals, many hospitals struggle to find candidates who are not only clinically skilled but also prepared for German communication, documentation, and hospital workflows.
At the same time, India produces a large number of capable healthcare professionals who want to work in Germany, but the path is often unclear, unstructured, and fragmented across multiple intermediaries.
Medicza was built to bring structure to this gap.
Our founder, Ajay Gulshan Selvaraj, a registered nurse and certified Integration Officer in Germany, experienced this challenge directly while working within the healthcare system. He observed that even strong candidates often faced delays, uncertainty, and inconsistent guidance during the recruitment and integration process.
This experience highlighted a deeper issue, not just a language gap, but a lack of a structured, transparent, and trusted system connecting both sides.
